How do I schedule a consultation?
You can schedule a consultation by completing a contact form, emailing me directly or picking up the phone.
Can I ask questions during the consultation?
Absolutely! The consultation includes a Q & A session where you can express your concerns and get reassurance on any matters that are important to you.
Why should I come to you? Won't my solicitor answer all my questions?
In the extremely busy world of conveyancing, your solicitor will of course carry out all of the work necessary to complete your property transaction. Unfortunately, there is not always the time or resources to respond to your individual questions and specific concerns. ConveyancingPal will provide you with a simplified guide to the entire process, giving you practical insights and equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to ask your solicitor informed questions at the appropriate time ensuring an excellent client/solicitor relationship.
What if I have further questions after the consultation?
Following your consultation, you will be provided with a written information pack and checklist based on our discussions which will give you the platform to liaise with your solicitor on an informed basis. Whilst I cannot provide you with ongoing support, you may wish to avail of a supplementary consultation at a reduced rate should you feel that the need arises. Please note, I CANNOT liaise directly with your solicitor at any time or comment on any legal aspects of your specific transaction.

Yes, of course. In fact, particularly in the early stages, my service will complement your legal experience. I can also help explain any documentation you may already have received. Your solicitor will primarily focus on just the legal aspects and documentation required. My consultation goes beyond this by providing you with practical insights, emotional preparation, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire property transaction journey. I help you approach the process holistically in a way that your legal advisor alone may not.
Do you provide ongoing support after our consultation?
Our consultation is designed to fully inform and prepare you in advance. Unfortunately I cannot give you ongoing support, however if you feel it necessary, a supplementary consultation can be arranged.
What does it cost?
A once-off fee of €250 (currently no VAT), payable by Revolut or bank transfer on or before consultation. Your personal consultation will last up to 1.5 hours.
